David R. Osborne was born in San Rafael, California, in 1970. He was admitted to the Iowa Bar in 1997, and to the Colorado Bar in 2000. Mr. Osborne is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, District of Colorado. Mr. Osborne was raised in Greeley, Colorado. He received his B.A. cum laude from The Colorado College in Colorado Springs, Colorado and attended law school at Drake University, graduating with Honors in 1996. While at Drake University, Mr. Osborne participated in the Drake Legal Clinic, actively representing indigent, geriatric and bankruptcy clients while attending law school full time.
Prior to his return to the Colorado area, Mr. Osborne practiced in Des Moines, Iowa, with a focus on insurance defense litigation, insurance subrogation and employment law. He maintains ties to the Iowa legal community. Mr. Osborne is currently a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations.
