John T. Willson practices in the areas of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and business transactions, antitrust, health care, and construction law. He has represented clients in many industries, including manufacturing, distribution, construction, health care, insurance and real estate. Mr. Willson earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Williams College in 1963, and his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law in 1967. He is admitted to practice in Colorado and Illinois, and before the United States District Courts for the District of Colorado and the Northern District of Illinois, the Seventh and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court. He was appointed by Govenor Bill Owens to the Committee on Anticompetitive Conduct of the Colorado State Board of Medical Examiners, and is currently serving as chairman. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and its Sections of Business Law and Health Law, and he has served on the Ethics Committee. He is also a member of the Denver Bar Association, where he has served on its Interprofessional Committee and Legal Fee Arbitration Committee. He is a member of the American Bar Association and its Sections of Antitrust Law, Business Law, and Health Law. Mr. Willson also belongs to the American Health Lawyers Association.
