Hamilton and Faatz has a broad-based real estate
practice with many diverse clients. Our clients include large corporations,
leading developers, lenders, small businesses and individuals. We represent
those clients in all aspects of real estate and commercial development including
shopping center development, purchase of properties ranging from multi-story
buildings to ranches and homes, financing and security issues, property
disputes, leasing matters, evictions, condemnations, zoning problems, quiet
title actions and agricultural loans. Our services range from negotiation of
terms and conditions to drafting of documents to closing of the transaction. We
also handle day- to-day legal issues that arise for our clients. If litigation
becomes necessary, we vigorously protect the rights of our clients.
As part of its real estate practice, Hamilton and
Faatz has a very active agricultural law practice. Our clients include numerous
ranchers and farmers across the state, and our services include purchasing,
selling and financing of agricultural land and products, water rights, grazing
and pasture matters, feedlot issues, B.L.M. and U.S. Forest Service issues,
cattle and other agriculture products. Mr. Faatz is an active cattle rancher and
has over 35 years experience in agricultural law. Mr. Gurley is active in
agricultural law and recently served as Chairman of the Colorado State Bar
Agricultural Law Committee. Mr. Gurley is a frequent speaker to agricultural
groups across the country.
